Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the pallet size, total weight, and destination address. Customers will receive a detailed shipping quote prior to finalizing their purchase.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, tracking information and delivery details will be provided via email or SMS. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Domestic Deliveries: Typically take 5–10 business days.
International Deliveries: May take 10–20 business days, depending on customs clearance and carrier schedules.
Freight Delivery Requirements:
Please ensure your delivery address is accessible for freight trucks.
If a liftgate or scheduled appointment is required, please notify us before shipping so we can arrange it accordingly.
Redelivery fees due to missed appointments or incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale merchandise, all sales made by VAAL ENTERPRISES HEAVY MERCHANDISE PTY LTD are final.
No Returns or Exchanges:
All pallets, truckloads, and merchandise are sold as-is. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or collected. Each pallet may include a mix of new, overstock, shelf-pulled, and customer-returned items.
Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please do not sign the delivery receipt until the damage is clearly noted with the carrier. Take photos immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at [info@vaalenterprisesheavymerchandise.com]. We will assist you with the freight carrier’s damage claim process.
Incorrect or Missing Items:
If there is a major discrepancy in your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution based on the situation.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment or canceled order before shipping). Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
